You measure the quality of a man by how he manages his business--and whether that mirrors how he manages his life and family. Richard lives in integrity. We had a few problems, and the true test of character is not how someone acts when things go perfectly, or how many five-star reviews they have, but how they respond when you're in the middle of a problem. Switching over to alkaline reverse osmosis was the best decision I made for me and my family. Spoke to Richard and inquired about installing the reverse osmosis system. Richard is super knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. Scheduled him to come out and he was out that same week. I've been using Sparkletts for some time, but I'm telling you make the switch. I am so impressed with Richard. I called him yesterday to see if he can fix a leak coming from a copper fitting of my Apex RO-90 system, he communicated everything in detail with me, mostly over text messages. We agreed for an appt today. He just left our place, and I'm already writing this review! This man  knows his stuff, he is careful to ensure everything works, he replaced the fittings, repressurized the tank, cleaned up everything, and left. Just amazing service! I had Richard out today by way of a referral from a friend. I set up the appointment last week and he answered on the first ring and asked for a few pieces of info and some pics of my sink. We set an appointment for the following week and he texted about an hour in advance to confirm the appt and showed up on time and ready for the install. He was done in less than an hour and explained everything to my satisfaction and advised me on how to prep / flush out the filter before use and what to do if it leaks. He seems committed to making sure everything really works efficiently and doesn't leak. I have to live with the system for a bit to see that it's all been done properly but initial reactions are fantastic and I would highly recommend this company due to their great communication, fast service and cleanliness.
